Welcome to BookProNow! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BookProNow website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
BookProNow is a technology platform that connects users with independent service professionals ("Professionals") offering home services, including plumbing and painting. You acknowledge that BookProNow acts as an intermediary and does not directly provide these services. The Professionals are independent contractors, not employees of BookProNow.
Eligibility: To use our Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
Account Creation: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information updated.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Making a Booking: When you book a service, you are making an offer to purchase the service from a Professional. A contract is formed between you and the Professional only when your booking is confirmed by the Platform.
Your Obligations: You agree to provide a safe and appropriate working environment for Professionals and ensure the service location is accessible at the scheduled time.
This section outlines our policies on payments, how to cancel a service, and when you are eligible for a refund.
Pricing: All prices are listed on the Platform and are subject to applicable taxes.
Payment: You agree to pay for all services you book through the Platform. Payment is processed securely via our third-party payment gateways.
All cancellations must be made through your BookProNow account on our website or app.
Cancellation more than 4 hours before service time: You may cancel free of charge and receive a full refund of any advance payment.
Cancellation within 4 hours of service time: A cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee will be charged.
Cancellation after Professional arrives: The full service fee will be charged.
No-Show: If you are not available or accessible at the location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, it will be treated as a last-minute cancellation, and the full service fee will be charged.
Our goal is to ensure a satisfactory experience. Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
Eligibility for a Refund:
Service Cancellation: If BookProNow or a Professional cancels a booking, you will receive a 100% refund of any advance paid.
Customer Cancellation: Refunds for customer cancellations are processed as per the rules in Section 4B.
Service Quality Issues: If you are not satisfied with the service, you must raise a complaint within 24 hours of service completion.
Process for Service Quality Complaints:
Raise a Complaint: Submit your booking ID, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence through your BookProNow account.
Investigation: Our team will review the complaint and may conduct an inspection.
Rectification First: If the complaint is valid, our first step will be to arrange a re-service at no additional cost.
Refund: If rectification is not possible or fails, a partial or full refund will be processed. The decision of BookProNow will be final.
Refund Method and Timeline:
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original mode of payment.
All content on the Platform is the property of BookProNow or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
Platform "As-Is": The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Liability for Services: BookProNow is not liable for the conduct of Professionals or the quality of their service. Any disputes should be resolved directly with the Professional, with our assistance as outlined in Section 4C.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookProNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookProNow from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, e.g., Delhi].
