You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
Service Cancellation by BookProNow: If we or our service professional cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund of any advance payment made.
Customer Cancellation: If you cancel your booking more than 4 hours before the scheduled service time, you are eligible for a full refund of your advance payment, as per our Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made within the 4-hour window may incur a fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Professional No-Show: If the assigned professional fails to arrive at your location and does not make contact, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Service Quality Issues: We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you can raise a complaint within 24 hours of the service completion.
All refund requests must be submitted through your BookProNow account via our website or mobile app. To initiate a refund for service quality issues, please provide the following:
Your booking ID.
A clear description of the issue.
Photographic evidence of the unsatisfactory work.
Our customer support team will review your request within 48 hours.
For complaints related to service quality, our process is as follows:
Review and Investigation: We will review your complaint and may arrange for a remote inspection or a site visit to assess the work.
Rectification First: Our primary goal is to ensure the job is done to your satisfaction. If the complaint is found to be valid, we will first offer to have the service re-done by the same or a different professional at no additional cost to you.
Refund as a Last Resort: If rectification is not possible or if the issue persists even after the re-service, we will process a partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue. The decision of BookProNow in this regard will be final.
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days.
The refund will be credited back to the original mode of payment (credit/debit card, net banking, or digital wallet). Please note that the time taken for the credit to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's policies.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after our professional has arrived at your location.
If a customer is a "no-show" and our professional is unable to gain access to the property, no refund will be provided.
Complaints raised after 24 hours of service completion will not be eligible for a refund.
