How to Cancel a Booking

All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made through your account on the BookProNow website or mobile app. This ensures that your request is officially logged and processed correctly. We do not accept cancellation requests made directly to our service professionals.

Customer Cancellation Policy

We have a tiered cancellation structure based on when the request is made:

No-Show Policy

If our professional arrives at your location at the scheduled time and is unable to reach you or gain access to the property within 15 minutes, the booking will be treated as a last-minute cancellation. In this case, the full service fee will be applicable and charged.

Cancellation by BookProNow or Service Professional

While we strive to ensure all bookings are fulfilled, there may be rare instances where we or our professionals need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
